Our schools have been busy celebrating World Book Day to encourage childrens’ love of books. Children dressed up as their favourite literary characters in many schools. Guiseley School held a range of student activities throughout the school. Eleven teams competed in the World Book Day Quiz Tournament, whilst others hunted down the hidden clues around school as part of their Literary Murder Mystery, featuring some famous book characters.
