Supervisory Assistant vacancy

Yeadon Westfield Infant School have a vacancy for a Supervisory Assistant required as soon as possible.

A1 Point 8 £8.62 per hour

7.50hrs – 11.45am to 1:15pm

Monday to Friday – Term Time Only

Yeadon Westfield Infant School is a thriving and successful school. Joining our existing team, you will be responsible for the active supervision of the children in the dining area, playground and school premises. Duties will include encouraging appropriate playtime activity.

You will need to be a reliable team player with a caring and supportive attitude and a commitment to caring for children.

Yeadon Westfield Junior School are winners!

They have won Best School in Leeds and Best School in Yorkshire to have changed their mode of travel to school at the Modeshift Stars Awards Ceremony.  This is in recognition of their encouraging pupils to walk, scoot and cycle to school instead of coming in the car.  They have now been entered for the National award, best school in England and are looking forward to attending the ceremony which takes place in April in London when they will visit the Houses of Parliament.

Remembrance Day

The Community Group laid a wreath at the memorial in nearby Nunroyd Park on behalf of Yeadon Westfield Infant School.

National Roast Dinner Day

Yeadon Westfield Infants School celebrated the Food for Life National Roast Dinner Day by inviting two residents and carers from local Ghyll Royd Nursing Home into school to join them for a roast beef dinner.
