Christmas at Guiseley Community Foundation

Guiseley Community Foundation are running a football camp in the Christmas holiday as above. The cost is £40 for the week or £15 for a day. Bookings will receive a discounted Child and Adult ticket for Guiseley FC’s home game against Alfreton on Saturday 15th January 2022. Please bring a packed lunch, moulded boots or trainers and shin pads. Book places by emailing [email protected]

They are also running their annual foodbank collection and toy appeal to assist the residents of Aireborough who need additional support, especially over the Christmas period. As well as a general appeal for staple items, this year they are hoping to make up Christmas hampers for vulnerable families. Donations can be taken to Nethermoor Park on December 4th between 12:00 and 15:00. Suggested items for both the foodbank collection and for the Christmas hampers can be found on their social media pages. In addition to the foodbank collection, they will also be launching a Toy Appeal on November 14th following on from their very successful first Toy Appeal last year. Toys should be new and unwrapped, and suitable for children of all ages. Donations of toys can be dropped off at either Guiseley Morrisons, or 123 Dental Care on Otley Road. Donations for the foodbank collection can also be made at these drop off points.
